This Keto Chili is delicious, rich in nutrients, and will help you to feel full for hours. We chose to serve it in a mug so you can eat it on your sofa while you're watching your favorite TV show! Feel free to make it as spicy as you wish, and think about making a large batch, so you can take it to work or even freeze it.
Chop peppers, dice onions, and mince garlic.
Heat the oil and the butter in a deep pot and sauté the minced meat for 5-7 minutes, occasionally stirring to break up any lumps. Add the chopped peppers, onions, and garlic to the meat. Season with salt, cumin, chili, and paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the crushed tomatoes into the meat mixture and add water. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
