This is the best probiotic and the only one that doesn’t cause heartburn for me. I feel like it improves my mood too.

It did give me a boost of energy!

I was having the worst time sleeping though the night. I would wake up multiple times during the night and often could not go back to sleep. Since I have been taking 3 MagEnhance Magnesium supplements at night, I am sleeping so much better! Waking up to use the bathroom does not result in me doing a load of laundry in the middle of the night anymore!!

I put a lot of time into finding the best magnesium supplement for sleep. I found it in MagEnhance. It has greatly improved my sleep (for my husband also). I don't want to run out so I have it on auto-refill. However, I dislike that it shipped via Amazon.

I temporarily switched from IntelligentLabs Meriva to a different, but highly respected, brand offering a different type of turmeric preparation touting greater absorption than Meriva. However, within a couple weeks, I developed significant swelling/inflammation in the tops of several right hand joints which get subjected to a lot of vertical pressure throughout the day.

However, the swelling subsided and almost completely disappeared within literally 3-4 days of resuming the IntelligentLabs Meriva! Needless to say, I will be sticking with this product and ordering more when I'm out!
