Baking powder! The wings are coated with baking powder and salt, which break down the proteins in the skin, helping them to brown. The wings are then baked in a low-temp oven to render the fat, and then baked at a high temp to allow the skin to become ultra-crispy. Last, but not least, the wings are tossed in a delicious, buttery sriracha sauce. They’re packing just the right amount of heat, and a perfect fit for any keto diet.

 2 tbsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Sriracha Sauce
 ¼ cup Frank's Hot Sauce
 4 tbsp Salted Butter (melted)

Place the chicken wings, baking powder, and salt into a plastic bag. Seal the bag and toss wings until evenly coated.

Remove the wings from the bag and place them on a baking sheet, leaving some space between the wings. Bake at 250 F for 20-30 minutes to render the fat and dry out the skin.

Raise the oven temperature to 425 F and continue baking for 40-50 mins until the wings are golden, brown, delicious, and crispy.

Make the Buffalo sauce by combining melted butter, sriracha, and hot sauce in a medium bowl.
