You can enjoy a romantic night out with your boo and treat yourself to a special dessert! I mean, what would Valentine's Day be without chocolate?!

Even though I am against Valentine's Day hype, consumerism, and the processed sugar that comes with it, I am all for romance and chocolate! Especially when it's made with only four ingredients. I used cocoa butter to achieve decadent texture, cream and cocoa to balance the taste, and stevia powder to make it sweet.

Use a silicone mold to make them - heartshaped or round - and experiment with different shapes and sizes. You can wrap them up in paper and place them in a decorative box and voila - you have a perfect Valentine's gift!
