Only probiotic I will use.
This probiotic is the first one I have tried that works. I have IBS and nothing seems to help on a daily basis with gut pain due to lack of digestion. This has relieved much of the symptoms of the syndrome.
It helps a lot in digesting foods that irritate the bowel. I will continue to buy from this company.

Great probiotics
Have taken then for over 3 months. I have suffered from acid indigestion/GERD most of my life and it's now much better. Also noticed they are a huge help with general anxiety, some of which I now realize was due to stomach issues. Will keep taking them

Prebiotics are non-digestible fibers that act as food for probiotics. In order for probiotics to work, they need a food source, so that’s why we put them in the same capsule.
Each probiotic capsule contains Fructooligosaccharides (FOS). These are natural, prebiotic plant fibers, and encourage the growth of good bacteria.
Why are delayed-release probiotics more effective?
Delayed-release capsules are designed to dissolve later, only after they bypass your stomach.
If it weren’t for this feature, the acid in your stomach would dissolve the capsule before it reach the small intestine, where the probiotics do all the work.
The 50B probiotics will arrive in your intestines active, so they can be fully absorbed in your gut.
Active Packaging Technology
Since probiotics are sensitive to moisture, light and temperature, we pack them in Activ-Polymer™ bottles.
They are also wrapped in an impenetrable desiccant sleeve so they remain moisture-free.
We use an Oxyfree® desiccant to absorb oxygen and remove any residual moisture from inside the bottle, meaning we can reduce oxygen levels to 0.01% for the entire lifespan of the product.

Some probiotic supplements are cheap, while others are quite expensive. How do I know which supplement offers the best value for money?

Will I experience gas, bloating, or diarrhea?
Gas, bloating or diarrhea are common side effects when you start taking probiotics. However, it’s nothing to worry about and usually passes in a few days. This happens because your gut bacteria is balancing itself.
Probiotics are active against yeast, harmful bacteria and fungi. When you take probiotics, harmful microorganisms will start to die, and this can cause gas, bloating and diarrhea. It’s a sign that beneficial bacteria are getting to work to clean up your gut.
What’s the recommended dosage?
For daily maintenance, take 1 capsule. For critical maintenance, take 2 capsules.
I'm on antibiotics, should I take probiotics?
Yes, you can take probiotics while on antibiotics. In fact, studies suggest it’s favorable to do so.
However, we recommend taking your probiotics and antibiotics at least 2 hours apart to reduce the possibility of the antibiotic killing the probiotic organisms.
When is the best time to take probiotics?
We recommend taking it with a meal, ideally with breakfast in the morning.
Is there sugar or fat in the product?

Are these soil based probiotics?
No. We use human strain probiotics sourced from DuPont® Danisco and Lallemand. These are strains that are permanently reproducing in our gut.
Do I need to put these in the fridge?
No, there is no need to refrigerate the product. We use heat resistant probiotic strains and active packaging technology. Simply store the bottle in a cool, dry place. We guarantee a 2-year shelf life at room temperature.
