Measurable Results Within Days!
I temporarily switched from IntelligentLabs Meriva to a different, but highly respected, brand offering a different type of turmeric preparation touting greater absorption than Meriva. However, within a couple weeks, I developed significant swelling/inflammation in the tops of several right hand joints which get subjected to a lot of vertical pressure throughout the day.

Should I take Meriva® Curcumin Phytosome with or without food?
Ideally, you should take it with food. The curcumin in our supplement is combined with lecithin which is primarily made up of a molecule called Phosphatidylcholine, which is a phospholipid. This is best absorbed when taken with food, as it stimulates the release of pancreatic enzymes and bile. Both completely emulsify the Phosphatidylcholine, allowing for much better absorption.
How long does it take to work?
You should start feeling the benefits within 4-6 weeks (or earlier). Long term studies show that individuals taking Curcumin supplements continue to see improvements in symptoms for 6 months or longer.
How much should I take?
We recommend taking 1 to 2 grams per day. Start with 1,000mg per day and gradually increase depending on whether you see the improvements you are looking for or not. This is based on dosages used successfully in scientific studies.
Is it safe to take long term, and is it OK for a low oxalate diet?
Meriva® has been shown to be safe for long term use in scientific studies. Unlike ordinary turmeric, Meriva® is very low in oxalates, and completely fine for a low oxalate diet.
What is the curcuminoids percentage for this product?
