Why take Liposomal Glutathione when the body already produces its own?
Under conditions of stress, poor diet, exposure to pollution, or simply as we age, the body’s glutathione levels may become depleted. This means we may need some extra help to fight free radical damage.
How long does it take to feel the benefits, and are there any side effects?
Usually, most people report benefits after around 2 weeks. During the first days of supplementation, and as cell detox increases, some individuals may feel a little light-headed or spacey after taking the dose. These side effects usually pass in a matter of days.
What dosage should I take?
The recommended dose is 10ml (about 2 teaspoons) daily, which contains 500mg of Liposomal Glutathione and 1,000mg of Vitamin C.
Start with a lower dose of 5ml to let your body adapt, and gradually increase the dosage.
How long do I have to take it for?
Since glutathione is natural, you can take it as long as you feel it benefits your health.
If you decide to stop, we recommend tapering down over a few days, just as you gradually increased the dose.
Is it safe to take with other medication?
This supplement is made of all-natural ingredients. However, if you’re taking any medications, we recommend speaking to your doctor first.
Does this require refrigeration?
