1. Eligibility

1.1. Intelligent Labs New Year, Healthier You Campaign (subsequently referred to as Campaign) is open to users in the United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Canada, and EU who subscribe or are currently subscribed to Intelligent Labs’ newsletter.

2. Promotional Period

2.1. The Campaign will be available from December 26, 2025 to January 2, 2025.

3. The Offer/Discount

3.1. All current and new subscribers of Intelligent Labs’ newsletter will receive a 20% discount code that they can apply on orders placed during the Promotional Period.

3.2. The discount is valid only for orders of a minimum of 3 products (any combination of products), and has the following restrictions:
a) the discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/discounts;
b) the discount cannot be applied to products on sale.
c) the discount cannot be applied to product subscriptions.

3.3. Current subscribers will be informed of the offer on December 26, 2025. New subscribers receive the offer on the moment they subscribe to Intelligent Labs’ newsletter.

3.4. The offer expires on January 2, 2026 at 23:59, regardless of the day and hour a user subscribes to the newsletter.

4. General Conditions

4.1. Intelligent Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.2. In the event of any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, Intelligent Labs’ decision will be final.
