Wednesday WOD 1 – Death By Leg Burn

Today we are going to make our legs BURN!

This WOD is all about you lower body, and it’s time to make it work 😉

You will need a Med Ball for this WOD and just enough space to walk and jump.

Note: Remember to warm up before starting!

LEG BURNER WOD

5 ROUNDS for time

10 x Wall Ball

10 x Med Ball Cleans

10 x Walking Lunges
